
On the 25th and 26th of August, the Executive Secretary of the CMI, Geraldo Macedo, participated in the commemorative events of the 50th anniversary of the Masonic Grand Lodge of the State of Acre, in Rio Branco, the state capital.
Among the various authorities present, the ceremonies had the participation of the Grand Masters: Ademar de Souza, from the Masonic Grand Lodge of Mato Grosso do Sul; Paulo Tupan, from the Masonic Grand Lodge of the State of Rondônia; Marco Antônio Corrêa, from the Grand Lodge of Paraná; Sérgio Quirino, from the Masonic Grand Lodge of Minas Gerais; and Rodrigo Arce Oropesa, of the Grand Lodge of Bolivia. The former Secretary-General of the CMSB, Aldino Brasil, was also present.
On that occasion, Brother Geraldo Macedo received the title of Honorary Grand Master of that host Grand Lodge.
